Paying Your Bill

For your convenience, you may pay your bill by phone or by mail.

  • Pay By Phone – Please call (516) 482-1037 Monday-Thursday 9am – 4pm, or Friday 9am – 3pm
  • Pay By Mail – Please be sure to include your invoice or account number!

    Prescription Policies

    Prescription renewals are handled 9am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, and 9am to 3pm on Friday. Please allow at least 48 hours during the business week to accommodate your request, as each request has to be approved by a physician and all physicians are not in the office every day.
    If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or until your medication has completely run out. If you are planning to travel out of town, please make sure you have enough medication to take on your trip.
